Andre Gien has specialized in the integration of knowledge with technology. Andre Co founded InMatrix (www.inmatrix.com.au) producing Optimist a software application that reduces commercial lending risk in Banks. Inmatrix has recently been purchased by SunGuard (www.sunguard.com.)
Andre subsequently created Global Financial Bridge (www.gfbridge.com) which is a financial statement analysis software system and Salesmatrix (www.salesmatrix-usa.com) being the technology part that integrates financial statement and sales evidence to identify the Gross Potential within the current organizational resources and performance structure.
Andre is the architect of the Financial Performance Discipline (FPD) which has been implemented in over 150 public and privately held businesses within the USA, Australia and South Africa. The FPD is founded on the integration of evidence based technologies and proven management techniques that produce measured financial results.
The Financial Performance Discipline exposes the performance gap using the financial statements as the lagging indicator and gross potential as the driver. The deployment of the Financial Discipline has identified performance gaps up to 30%. As calculated by the difference between current performance and the organizational gross potential. These gaps often exist as a management blind spot.

Graeme Nichol has a focus on assisting organizations achieve their strategic plans, through a process of Performance Management. If a plan is not implemented and not achieving the desired outcome; it's not valuable!
