Graeme Nichol has a focus on
assisting organizations achieve their strategic plans. If a plan is
not implemented it's not valuable! Over the past 25 years Graeme has
worked around the world gaining experience in manufacturing,
transportation, agriculture, communications, banking, direct
marketing, consumer goods, eCommerce and retail, amongst others.
Graeme has significant experience implementing strategic IT solutions,
and all the adjacent issues with such undertakings. His focus since
the early 1990's has been ERP implementations. Today this experience
works for companies in the small and medium category. These are
businesses where decisions can be made rapidly and systems can be
deployed to achieve goals that were unthinkable even a few years ago.
