The One Page Business Plan is not a traditional planning exercise. Statements are short and to the point with the result that the entire plan fits on one page. At a glance you are able to tell whether you are on track or lagging on your objectives and action plans.

A One Page Business Plan is comprised of 5 components.

What to Expect

• First, we will spend time with the team leader(s) determining what you would like to gain from the One Page Business Plan. We will gain an understanding of your company, your team and your challenges.
• Using quick and effective assessments from CRG we will gain an understanding of the entire team, how each member works and how they work in a team. The assessments should take each team member no longer than 20 minutes to complete.
• We will then work with you and your team to put together each individual plan. We will start with the team leaders plan and only once that is in place will we work with the rest of the team. The rest of the team plans must support the team leaders plan to ensure focus and alignment of the whole team.
• We will then follow up with the whole team on a monthly basis. We have found time and again that the best results are achieved when we follow up every month. Without the follow up teams do not stick to their plan, they forget to update it and they do not see where the problems are. In the end results are not achieved.
